For sale I have an xbox one directly shipped from Microsoft. There is no risk involved with my method.

You will receive an Xbox One console ONLY within a few days. As i am not trusted, I am willing to go first and the customer can pay me after they have received their console.

I accept Paypal and BTC.

How are you sure we won't be billed? Since it's directly from xbox.
 
I will be using a VCC and fake details meaning it is impossible to get billed. I have also confirmed this with an agent.

I did it ages ago and never saved the chat. Plus if you were to be billed it will charge on the VCC and not the address. You can also easily claim you just purchased it from craigslist or something. IF you are still worried you can use a drop or something.
 

They could easily charge the VCC, once the claim for fraud has been opened; they either show up at the drop site or merely ban the console.
 
Good point. But so many people have done this and never received a ban. I honestly do not think Microsoft would waste there time targeting individuals. I'll tell you what actually. If the console gets banned within a week, you will be refunded.
 
I've seen people selling these elsewhere for $10-$15 because the method was leaked and saturated

Obviously you'll get introuble for a xbox straight from microsoft. Wtf would sell a brand new xbox for 70$ and claim this is completely legit LOL! Thats like me selling 2 pounds of pot for 20$ claiming that its dank dispensary shit when its actually catnip. This is mailfraud which is a federal offense and both sides of this can get introuble.
