Now I know that it's easy for people to get SE'd consoles but I don't want to take the chance of being billed so I'd like to purchase one from someone who already has a few in their possession. I would prefer if it had a kinect, power brick, and controller and am willing to pay more if it does but I'll accept just a console as long as it's new and working.

Also, I won't be going first but I'll be happy to use a trusted middleman.

So if anyone has one please hit me up with some offers.

You might as well do the SE'd one. I had the same thoughts as you. But people told me they'll just send a bill and you just ignore it. Mine is on the way now.
