Nah, that'd be Black Ops 2. I feel sad.....truly sad, in the deepest depths of my soul, for kids that're still playing that game and think it's good. But yeah, Ghosts is a close third (behind BO2 and MW3).

Black Ops 1 was way worse than 2. MW3 is way better than 2. 2 was brilliant at the time, but 3 was a rebalanced version. The removal of Commando, a noobtube nerf and rebalanced UMP/Spas 12 were so needed.

MW3? You must have shitty internet and were able to benefit from lag compensation. I have amazing internet and was penalized for it. So yeah, fuck MW3 and BO2 for that.

Lag compensation was only a major issue if you had a foreign player in the lobby.

No, I'm pretty sure it was lag compensation that fucked me over all those times I got killed after I was clean on the other side of a building. I watched my ping religiously back then and was pulling consistent 18-20ms, which is roughly 30ms below the minimum required for a 4-bar. It's not just my opinion, either. Watch videos from any of the relevant YT commentators and they all mention it more than once, especially Wings of Redemption, 402Thunder, Woody and literally just about every other commentator. You're free to believe what you want, but even TreyArch themselves have admitted they dropped the ball by keeping the MW3 lag comp system in BO2, so yes, it's very much a part of it.

Black Ops 1 and MW2 was were I started, back in the 09-10 days, those were fun, I miss my old ass friends on my first account(s).

But OT: BO1 isn't/wasn't that bad, it was an amazing game, and personally, I think it had the best campaign of all the other games.

I'm so done with Call of Duty. Switched to PC gaming two years ago to play some of the growing Indy titles and must say that they are fantastic! Games like Rust, Insurgency, and DayZ are fantastic! Not to mention some of the other titles that provide endless hours of entertainment due to mod content.
