I am able to refund any game bought on the market place (DLC DOES NOT WORK REFUNDING) and I only charge %20 of what the game cost I've personally done this for self and turned $120 into over $1k+ in games. I would do this for one account a maximum of 10
per quarterly (10 times every 3 months) so your account won't get noticed
