Okay to contact staff you need to have a good reason to contact them such as Stolen Account but I will add more things you can contact them on.

- Reputation Abuse.
- People making Threats towards you.
- Donation Begging.

When to Contact Admins:
To Contact Admins is basically nearly the same as the Staff but usually you don't private message Admins you only private message Staff for the Above, If you are getting an Upgrade it should take up to 48 hours and if it is not done within 48 hours then please contact the admins.
Points System:
As people have seen there is a points System on this site, and it is really good you need 5,000.00 P to upgrade to Professionals. Now this is how the Points System works.
