Death is quite scary if you think about it, but it happens to everyone; no matter what, you can not survive death, you can; if you get cured from severe problems but everyone dies and that's how the population system works, come at me death, obviously you'd plead for your life but you'll rather have it over and done with if your at that stage where you've had enough/your in a very bad condition and you can't control yourself any longer.

I never even hinted at trying to escape death lol.,I actually said the exact opposite.

But to answer your question, it's because peopld are scared. And they should be. As far as I know death only occurs once. It is the point of no return. It's quite obvious why most people try to avoid it.

Every time I think about dying, I get really bad anxiety. I hate thinking about my end days, but I just have to live life and enjoy it as much as I can. I just don't want my life to end early as in when I'm in my 20s I would feel comfortable dying in my 70s.

What does it matter? You're not going to be able to reflect on such a horrific tragedy considering you're the one dying. From there you will be forgotten and the world will continue just like it did as if you were alive. The earth will lose one life from its population, but the circle of life will simply replenish it and repeat. We accepted the fact that we were going to die from the day we were conceived.
