Some of you may have seen my thread before saying I was hacked.

I want to know if you think I'm safe:

I transfered all my cash from my main (the thing I used to login to powerbot) to my mule (I think it's called that? Account with all my cash).

Added a bank pin to my main (got to wait 7 days)

Changed all passwords on my ipod

------------Where I'm at---------------

Backing up PC for when my mum gets home from her work to show me were the fuck she hides my DVD because for some reason DVDS = worth hiding

Reinstalling windows tonight when she gets back.

Logging in when I get back to my re-installed PC

Put cash back onto main/other accounts

Bot like I always did and no downloading power bot.

Does that seem safe to you?
 
It seems okay. You really shouldn't have reinstalled though.
 
Sound like you've got a good plan. Have you scanned your computer yet? If not, you should with Malwarbytes Anti-malware.
 
^ I told him to scan with MBAM, SAS, ESET Online and get a HJT report for the hackforums virus cleaner people.

Yepo, everything that was detected was old keylogger/rat projects.

Java isn't a form of a virus.. -.-

Powerbot was binded (more or less) with the password and username stealer.

I've heard a lot recently about completely undetectable RATs. Just putting it out there.

I've had to do it. It's not that bad. I got sick of unplugging my mic when whacking it just in case the RAT was listening.
 
If you reinstall, you should be fine but it's always supposed to be a last resort.

I turn my webcam off. I set my firewall to paranoid mode (I have to accept all connections). Virus fucking phobic.

My webcam is always facing up into my ceiling + if they view though that the red circle comes up and boom they be busted ;)
