What are your opinions on this topic? Personally, I do not feel an individual should have to die for committing a certain crime. A much better alternative would be to seek the person had broken the law some help from a professional. So why did I bother making a topic?

Solely based on the Bus incident, a passengers head being chopped off by another individual, and said individual then eating his body-parts, one of these being his ear. It did give a few people quite the scare, even the authorities were frightened.

Many say this man did not deserved to be let out of the prison, or whatever mental hospital they kept him in, as a matter of fact many want him dead. I don't want him dead.. but I'd like him to be put in a place where he can truly get better and progress with his life. I do worry he may crack once more, and make a godly decision another person deserves to die.

Anyways, this individual lives a few blocks away from my school.

I don't agree with the 'eye for eye,' government system.

I think if a person murders someone (on purpose) they should be executed. It's only fair, if you don't kill them they may kill again.
1 or more innocent lives>1 fucked up killer in my opinion.

So you'd be willing to risk hundreds of innocent people's lives just to let a psychotic guy live?

I'd rather have him be dead than even take a chance.

Killing this individual would be good. Getting him help, and figuring how the mind of people like him work, would be the greater good.

That would be great, but most of the time you can't fix them. They end up giving them tons of experimental drugs and sometimes it makes them really messed up. Sometimes it works.

I would say give him 3+ years trying to fix him and if it doesn't work, he's done.

I know it sounds harsh, but that's what I think.

That's what some people say. In my opinion, he had a disorder, and him being deluded, assume the role.
