What happened in the last 24 hours basically:

I buy a money-making method off of the user 'Grace', for $250. That was all good and everything seemed alright. Only one more copy would be sold after mine. Now, as of 5+ hours ago - the method is leaked. Why? Because I sent it to the scammer Colty who was Radiate at the time on-site.

Beats had went AFK during a deal and then posted that he didn't know there was one going on? That is entirely his fault and not mine like Grace and him have said. Deals require care he did not show it for whatever reason. Beats, you even told him your WU right before not replying which made it seem that much more of a scam on your part. If anything, as I've said I was being a helpful member and watching out for others, not knowing who the person I was watching out for was obviously.

I believe that either way I should be refunded. This is not or at least definitely shouldn't be my problem. You could go on to say that I jumped too soon, but it was only out of CARE. Care in which @Beats had to have shown, and didn't at all. Instead he told me he went to go smoke with his cousin.

Beats and I were the ones that were scammed. Forward gave the method out to Radiate.

I only did this out of kindness. Beats, he is your co-owner. You can't treat a product like that. Completely blow off one of your deals and try to say you didn't know it was happening right after giving the user where to pay.

I don't get why you want the refund. Is it cause it was leaked? Or cause you sent it by accident to a multi-accounter? I don't seem to get it lol.

Well anyway, any time you buy a method there is a 95% chance it will be leaked. I dont really think you should be refunded just because you did in fact get what you asked for. But obviously its up to the people you bought it from. You could always chargeback and take your chances though.

You violated my terms of service out of kindness. And maybe Beats went AFK because he was going to the store for the WU.

That's the thing, I'm sure action would not be taken but I did not send from a credit card.

Regardless of morals or ethics here. And Regardless if the user you gave the method to is Co-Owner. It clearly states in the terms of service that you should not give away the method to anyone else.

And clearly you have violated this, which you yourself gave proof of in the very first post of this thread.

With all this I'm with @Grace , you shouldn't get a refund.

Just cut your loses and use the method to your full ability untill its patched. Maybe you can make the cash back.

According to the ToS, you cant chargeback or get a refund because you violated it.

Unbelievable. All of this money out of my pocket for a ToS statement. All I was doing was looking out for members.

Looking out for a ban evader/scammer. People who bought the method- use the method to your best ability and blame Forward for this.

That would not be kind, Iran doesn't deserve it.

The user supposedly had sent the money which he told all of us.

Use the method to the best of your ability. I'm not refunding unless the method doesn't work anymore, which it still does.
