If the buyer pays off a credit card, they can definitely chargeback on you regardless.

Best thing is to only take PP from trusted. It's up to you and to be honest the bin is very high unless that's just a BiN.

Not that high, and its just a BIN.. its OG, no worries about it being recovered because I unlinked it when you could months ago and its a June 2005.
