YouTube help?

Me and my friend run a clip channel, and I was on the dashboard and it said 'Click to become a partner' so I did, I verified it with my phone. But, we don't have a banner? We can live-stream, schedule uploads and change video thumbnails - but no banner? Why is this?

We don't know if we are an actual partner, or it's just glitched. Any help appreciated.

Will I only get the banner if I enable adsense? The contact pages didn't really help at all, no emails or anything.
I have all the other extras except the banner and that's the only fucking one I want haha.

Not sure on the first part man, but if you scroll down the page at the very bottom there is a contact number and email.
