YouTube Spreading Effectively - Need guide?

How do I do this effectively? I don't need 30M+ (Although that would be awesome), But how do I spread On YouTube? But...I don't have any fake programs that I can usually make in VB. If anyone can get me one of these, Via PM..I would probably rep you for being generous. Also, How do I make it seem real? And How do I get it so I'm emailed the victims Username/password.?

You must be good at video editing to be able to make it believable, or steal someone elses videos.
