Youtube to MP3 from your iPod? *HELP*

Is there a site or app where you can convert like a youtube video and then download it to your iPod Music from your iPod without it having to be Jailbroken? Please link me if you can. ~Thanks

I know their is a few apps from Cydia that can do this(Cydia is what you get when you jailbreak your ipod,iphone ect.)

yeah but not directly to your ipod

find a video then go to www.youtube-mp3.org (i think thats it) then download it, go to itunes, sync your ipod, then add the music to your ipod
