Theres an apply form on the YouTube you want to be partnered with and you do need to apply.

There are a bunch of networks, the best ones being, machinima, gamestation and yeousch, YouTube search them, go to there website and see where you can apply, they will walk you through it.

Or you can apply for TGN, there the simplest network, TGN.tv

Okay, YouTube partnerships. This is such a broad subject.

If you are looking to get partnered as fast as you can, then I recommend Social Blade (socialblade.com). Some other good networks that you would probably have a chance to get into if you worked include TGN, Vultra, and Acifin.

They all have requirements though, and you must apply for them all. Social Blade's requirements have recently changed to 5000 views monthly which is about 167 views per day. It is extremely easy to get partnered with them, although I would recommend TGN or Vultra over them in a heartbeat. They are better because they Pay through PayPal as oppose to a check.

Do not under any circumstances apply there. It is stupid AdSense and it doesn't give you any features and the payout is $100 which takes like a year to achieve for the average partner with them.

Like I said in my post, get partnered with a network, not YouTube itself. Do not "enable yourself for monetization". It will just delay your actual partnership, and it turns out to be a big pain in the ass in the end.

What Ocean said, but I know a lot of small networks that partner my personal channels at 0 subscribe, that's only because I got hookups because of my bigger channels

If you are getting 2000 views daily, you could get partnered with TGN or some other bigger network. Maybe even Yeousch...unless you mean monthly.
