Yes it was you. It was when you were trying to get in my group for free. I can't find the logs because it was so long ago, but I am positive it happened. You told me you were getting moderator, then linked me, and said to vouch.

Honestly, you are not that good at graphics, and I wouldn't trust you with a mod position...
