1. Once the account/transaction is finished, we are in no way responsible if your item(s) gets recovered, banned, or turboed. We are also not responsible if your funds get recovered(chargeback/carded). PERIOD.
2. We will take every necessary precaution to ensure the account won't be taken back. This is not guaranteed, however. As stated before, once the item has been passed to you, it's all on you.
3. BOTH parties MUST fill out the form and post it in this thread. Posting on this thread means you agree to all of the stated TOS.
