My grandma died of lung cancer. She lost 1 full lung and half of the other one from smoking cigarettes all her life.

It probably is cancerous, he has stage IV kidney cancer, he has tumors in his lungs, & one on his back. But no not all tumors are cancerous.

It was a really serious operation, they were able to remove the tumor from his brain. He's left with a pretty badass scar but he's okay : )
