There's Russian sites that sell very cheap. I'm not sure exactly the site, but I'm sure you could do a simple google search. All legit. I thought it was sketchy as fuck, but it worked.

Windows 10 is free to upgrade too. If you go ahead and download this (Windows 10 Media Creation Tool)
You will need to wait it's downloaded before you can install Windows 10.
