Sorry but you most likely will be. Although you stay in highscores until a few days before, like i did. My account got all its skills exp cut in half (for example all my 99's with 13m exp got set to 92 which is 6.5m exp)

You do know minors get unbanned after 14 days... and its your own fault..

nah you dont need both 99 for 138 , im pretty sure you can get it like with 95 pray too (:
