96 for pack-yak or 99 for skillcape?

24/7ing waterfiends, pack-yak or skill cape? (The skill cape will take ALOT longer and cost ALOT more than I'd like, but I need like... 98 for 138 combat so I might as well go the extra one).

nah you dont need both 99 for 138 , im pretty sure you can get it like with 95 pray too
