25 Character Evading

I report so many people for 25 character evading and they NEVER get a warning and when one person reports me for 1 post of character evading I get a 20% warning that's bullshit.

We're sorry for this, but we try and take care of any case. This will not happen anymore.

Actually, Staff and Admins are allowed to. They don't BBCode evade it, they just aren't required to do it overall.

They should set an example for regular members. It's not hard to post a reply with at least 25 characters.
If users see them evading, they might start doing it too.

I said they are allowed to. I didn't say they should.
Members should be setting their own examples as to what other members should be like. You shouldn't be following someone's example just because they're a higher position. You should be following someone's example if they set a good one.
