Nah it doesn't really matter how long he's had it.

I had a tag that was jacked for about a year before the Og owner called it in and got it back. I got shit on by M$, they banned the account I put it on, all my other tags on my console, and the console itself.

the reason its all capped is that if you were to go into Note Pad and type in the GamerTag in lower case or even the first letter capital and all caps you would see that the all capped version looks the best.
