I know that I am a new member, please don't come on my thread saying "User is new deal with caution" I know I'm new, that's why I am willing to use a middleman.

This account was phished and I have been monitoring it for a while now. The guy gets on about twice a month. In his bio it says he retired from hardcore gaming and family and work are taking over. He gets on about once or twice a month. I have secured it to the best of my ability. I have changed the account alias, since it was on a yahoo. I changed the phone number, but that takes thirty days. The guy was on two days ago watching Netflix, so it was the perfect time to change everything. Filing a successful UA will take a few days from a week, so I still have time to spare. I will also be DDoSing him.

Just because it has purchases from 2007 Doesn't make it a 6 year tenure account.
You should add it on Xbox and Screen shot the watermark for the Tenure as proof.
Or go on Billing.microsoft.com and show proof of all the member ships that are added that adds up to the 6 years of live.

I'm sorry to say, but I think you're wrong on this one.
1. Do not sell carded accounts here, your thread will be closed.
2. Do NOT sell any type of stolen accounts here.
3. Nothing should be sold that has to do with "Host Booting."
4. Do not sell TUT's on how to hack xbox live accounts.
5. Modded Lobbies are allowed, but must be verified before sales.
6. Pictures are required, you must show proof that you own what you are selling.
7. Tinypic is NOT allowed, we recommend using imageshack.us, Or ImageKorner.com
8. Turboing gamertags that are sold on FK is highly prohibited, and will get you perm banned no questions asked, you will also not be allowed to view the marketplace at all.
9. If you post a gamertag you don't own you will be banned, and never be welcome back.
