Of course it will collapse from a dang plane smashing into the side of it.
If it didn't it wouldn't be a realistic building.
This building wasn't made to get hit by a plane and survive.
Once that plane hit the tower, it was going down anyway. Even if there wasn't a bomb or anything at the bottom.
