Just to comment on everyone making the statement "don't have unprotected sex if you don't want a baby", you can have protected sex and still get pregnant. Just because you have a condom on does not mean you are 100% protected. Same goes for the pill, if your girl doesn't take it at the same time every day, it could get thrown off and she could still get pregnant.

So even when couples are trying to be safe they still end up with a kid. My opinion on it is, if you can seriously look at your life and say "i'm not ready to have a baby" then don't. Of course there is other options like adoption and whatnot but if a woman does not want to have a baby she shouldn't be forced too. Especially if it wasn't planned.

Why do you think a Mexican girl in a low income neighborhood in which the majority is below or at the poverty line is more likely to get pregnant than a girl in an upscale neighborhood and it's clear that they make enough to be considered "rich".

Also to address that you said the kids could be placed in adoption, have you seen the amount of time and effort it takes to adopt a child ?


That's why many orphanages are over crowded and the children have a pretty shitty childhood not to mention when they are adopted some of them end up in worse conditions.

And according to statistics the amount of abortions due to rape are miniscule in the total percentage of abortions.

Yeah it might take up a lot of time sorting out adoption but there's so many females in this world who aren't able to have kids because of infertility & that leads to them having no other choice but to go adopting babies. [font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]If you look into adoption properly you will find a loving home & parents for the kid you don't want. I think it's really unfair that girls who aren't willing to look after their kid just go and have abortions when there's so many other people who would kill for a kid and can't have one. It's a personal decision, just feel sorry for the ones that do it cause they meet F up people that say what should never be said. My best friend & his girl decided on abortion & there cool with it. 5 months later me & him went on a road trip, met his other family in Cali & his cousin said "heard you got an abortion, she do it cause your too ugly?" I've known this cat from the very beginning & he always argued no matter what. His face was like a ghost & he just walked away. In the USA it takes years and numerous background checks and inspections to even be considered a candidate and you also have to attend parenting classes even if you already have kids.

There are 10 children who are waiting to be adopted.

5/10 get adopted and the other 5 grow out of the adoptive system and are at a serious disadvantage socially and economically because they don't have guidance and they have to decide whether they want to continue studying or if they have to get a job in order to be able to survive.

If you have parents or don't.. Everyone has hard times in life. Everyone has their own issues. Life isn't supposed to be easy is it? All you have to do is get on with life & make the best of it. There's many people in life who suffer bad anxiety and haven't got a very good social life or education. But it's not always to do with parenting. That can come from many different reasons.
