About Invisible Browsing.

I'm a little disappointed that anyone that's upgraded, which is pretty much 80% of active peopel on here, can see that I am online, and what I am looking at or doing.

Could we make it so upgraded members can't see those who wish to remain hidden? I don't like the idea that some troll could be stalking me, it happens.

I tend to breed enemies and hate. Any personal information about anyone can be used as a weapon if done properly.

What personal information is hidden by a word saying offline and inability so see what you're viewing? You're being ridiculous. I'd prefer it stay as is, it'd e annoying if not.

You can see what they are viewing.

If you'd lived the life some of us have, you'd understand. After a while you see no point in taking unnecessary chances.

How would that be annoying? Sounds to me like you want this to stay the same for a particular reason, yet you don't give it.

While I do support bringing in more money to FK. I don't think leveraging a users right to privacy should be one of the ways that is done though, I could see people crying foul play, perhaps myself included.

Yes I am a bit biased since I could be effected by it, yet even if I were upgraded I would still say the same thing.

Well each upgrade has certain features above the others, which is the entire point of upgrading, so we do want to reward those that contribute and help out the site by adding in new perks such as this. It will be up to Philly of course.

I could see something being implemented where you could check if you want to appear away or invisible. But automaticly putting all upgraded users under this option would be a bit far. I honestly see no reason why someone being able to see what thread your looking at would be a problem, but I can't speak for everyone. On the other hand if you have "stalkers" that actually make an affect(which would HAVE to be happening because you wouldn't know if someone was looking at your profile unless they followed each thread you posted in and harassed you after each post you made) then I would just report such behavior.

I see way more harmful uses for it than only that, I won't name them, but they are indeed there.

I agree with you there, like @kids said an option would definitely be for the best.

Tell me these explainatons then? You have no meat to your sandwhich, no support for your argument. I see no way that someone seeing what thread your looking at could hurt you in any way. PM me if your scared, I don't care. But just supporting an argument with I see other ways or the life I live makes it needed is far from acceptable. If you can't provide proof of debate what's the point of debate.

No, I'm not about to give people a weapon. If you really want to know, learn about social engineering (not getting free stuff from companies). That's all I'm going to say.

It's pretty clear what I am trying to accomplish. The protection of my privacy, and those whom are like minded.
