Because, one person gets it, even though he's new and people still hound him like he was a deer in a wolf pack. You guys think oh "I should be staff or MY FRIEND should be staff.. When in reality you don't even post and when you do you are either trolling or being low quality as f*ck.

Was that directed at me or the entirety of RuneGear?
And again with the insults..


Of course there's gonna be haters, but half of this could've been avoided if you lot explained such decisions.
There's a number of members here who don't have anything against Bcg, you just assume they do. All we want is some understanding. Apparently that's too much to ask..

And I'm yet to see anyone point themselves out for a staff position..

I directed that for a community. You guys don't post it here, but do you know how many times I have been messaged with answers like that on MSN/SKype? Countless times. They've even nominated members for staff like that.

I understand where your coming from, but you shouldn't judge the community as a whole by what members say or do outside of the forum.
Judge them by their posts and contributions. What happens outside should stay outside.

As for them taking it upon themselves to nominate staff, it won't help anyone's cause. Use your initiative and tell them.

You think I don't? Out of the staff members, I talk to the community the most. Skype or msn...
Tbh the people who complain about someone getting staff they usually think they deserve it or want it. I've seen that a lot and to this day it is still happening. I have nothing against members of this forum and am willing to speak/talk/have fun with anyone without having a biased view. I put my differences behind me and just ignore it.

As Landon... I REALLY disliked him, but we chat and I don't show it. I say w/e looks like he's a cool guy and just chat with him once in a while.
