His question had nothing to do with my response. I simply stated that the books are close to the same except some things in the Quran are not in the bible. He then interpreted this as - "The Quran took things from the Bible". I honestly have nothing to prove.
But I will.. Both religions are Abrahamic Religions (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abrahamic_religions), they all have the same people (Moses, Jesus, Abraham etc.) and most things in the bible are in the Quran (Ten Commandments = Five Pillars).
