I had a guy that was in the navy come into one of my classes last year in highschool and talk about that, pretty cool stuff I guess.

It's like any other career, your experience will vary depending on whom you work with, where you're stationed and etc. It's not for everyone but it's something I've always wanted to do, pays for my college, gives me a decent paycheck,  pays my mortgage, and gives my family great healthcare.
