Anyone know if GTA is coming on PC?

Most of the GTA PC ports took over a year to arrive, but seeing as how big GTA V was I'd say 1 year minimum and 2 years maximum until it comes out.

They've got a lot of alternate coding to do. Since they didn't release it on the new systems, they'll have to re-code a lot of things so that the game would run well on a PC Architecture.

I saw that it was available for pre-order or something of the sort on Amazon. It got a lot of people hyped. Rumor is that it'll be available in Q1 of 2014, hopefully it isn't too over-hyped.
