Anyone who disagrees, will get a whipping. There's many Pro's, faster browsing, faster everything. I've had a windows computer for years and I made the wise decision to switch to Apple and I have not been disappoint.

Probably your PC was slow because you had like 512mb RAM and a really slow processor.
I'm pretty sure you just bought a Mac for the OS "that won't get viruses".

I had much ram, and no It suits my needs very well and works efficiently. I can do things that I could never do on my windows PC, or my Mac.

Mac's are bullshit if somebody wants to pay for the bitten apple on a laptop, pm me i can arrange that for a cb maxed rs acc. i mean Here a macbook is 2.7k euro, i can make a 4gb ram, 2.4 dual core processor, 1tb hard drive, a 20" screen, with hd graphics hard and have over 500 euro left. Mac Os - won't get viruses. If your dumb and download trojans, keyloggers, rats and many more any OS will get virused. I mean if your smart enough a simple free edition of avg is enough to protect yours computer from most viruses.

I was discussing why it is stupid to say that Macs won't get viruses with a friend. He said "Macs are better than PCs because they don't get viruses", and I was simply like "dude, if you are stupid then you will download trojans and shit like that"

And well Macs can do some things that Windows PCs can't, and Windows PCs can do even more things that Macs can't. But Mac still has potential even though it is overpriced, many girls in my class have a Mac and what do they use it for? Going on Facebook and watching stupid series and movies online, they are making those $1,200 that their parents spent go waste.

Hey Mirage, Can you still play videogames on a mac because last time I checked most games arent compatible with mac?

A Windows computer can do anything a Mac does(Excluding anything that requires Unix such as Compiling an OS such as Android but that's besides the point) but a Mac can't do anything a Windows computer can do.

A Mac is really better than Windows, I can go on for days about pros, and only around 2-3 cons. Pricing doesn't really matter, the money goes in to good use. Give me reasons why Windows is good? Mac's are good for graphics and multimedia, programming, photography, gaming, etc. I use it for plenty of reasons and those are a few. If you want good software, go to Mac. It's faster and the software is easy-to-use.

It's built to be safe, it has the latest technology and it can even run Windows. Mac's are also very reliable. You see, I'm not hating on Windows, I have been a user all my life. This switch was certainly worth it. I'm saying Mac's are worth your money and are far more secure then Windows.

@"Voodin", ofcourse you can still play video games on a Mac. There are many great free apps and softwares which are available from the app store. There's also great games that cost, those are the best type and there are many other categories such as entertainment, photography, etc.

Linux can do all those things and is free. So instead of wasting all that money for just a OS you can spend it on what ACTUSLLY effects the speed of your computer.

When you buy a Mac you're buying the OS. If you buy a Mac for the hardware you're an idiot.
