The best one is when you're pulling the bow back to shoot right as its going you click the 2h and the person, it should stack (the numbers). I find it the fastest.

Sorry missed the question.
I find the best way to be right clicking the 2h then wait for the bow to start lifting then you should switch to get a perfect direct double hit.

Well i have been playing on and off really long time but i started pking serius 3 years ago thats when i made the zerker witch i suicide botted up in level's and got the prayer up to 99 around 1½ Years ago.
