Last time I went to the gym, which was merely 2 weeks ago I was maxing in at 135kgs for 1 rep, normally I do 80-90kgs for 4-6 reps.

Once I sell my stuff and change my usergroup I will remain active within the forum but try and remain out of the gamertag scene, or as a matter of fact, buying anything that is pointless.
