I'm across the Tasman and I can confirm that Australia is a desert.

I disagree once again. The places that you'll find hot in Australia are most likely wet places, therefore it's not actually 'hot' so to speak, It's humid or muggy.

I don't live in a very warm part of Australia, but what I can tell you is I live in Australia, somewhere. East-ish.

It's totally different over here in Australia, I really can't list off the top of my head but Jennifer Hawkins has to be up there. Not the hottest or anything but she's the type of girl I'd go for.
