Everything is nice, to me personally "Savages" looks a bit like a Flat UI.

Still though, you're actually very good. If savages were to be detailed that would be nice.

Man, how do you make these. I can't cope with making small minature graphics like this.
What PX size do you use? or do you make it a big px size but than resize the image to fit the forums standards!

Layer styles and vector shapes are a userbar's best friend.
160x65 - the standard ForumKorner size.
Always use the canvas you are given, resizing images will result in loss of quality.

If im making small avatars or something along the lines all I do is make a huge canvas e.g. 500x500 and than after im done doing details i resize the image size and i see no difference.!

That's true if the work you are doing is very simple. I'd still advise you to keep your canvas the same size as your given space.

I also won the Brotherhood userbar competition, but they decided against the change. Unfortunately that meant I was never paid either.
