You assume that we're all as simple minded as you pretend to be. You assume that someone wouldn't scam for a userbar. You assume there will be an amnesty. You assume there will be an amnesty after this one. You assume people are stupid and will fall for every scam, even when it comes from a new user trying to get an "amnesty reward".

If they scam, they get perm banned that's the only logic I need.
