Put in the TOS of the site something specific against Microsoft registering, or even viewing gamertags being sold.

I don't think a ms employ has to be that important to be able to ban tags. And you guys are right about posting proof but that doesn't mean we shouldn't show proof. Tags don't get banned that often so ms can't be on here. It wouldn't surprise me if there was but I'm pretty sure they aren't.
