Depends on the region. I cannot unban a USA/EU Tag because I live in New Zealand. They would take one look, laugh at me for being stupid then hang up.

If you would like, I can talk you through how to get the tag unbanned on Skype or through PM for half/quarter what you were originally going to pay. (I don't use AIM anymore)

hehe, My one will soon work in the US of A.
Also, there is a way to do one without emails, just names but it is a lot harder so far I have succeeded once and failed 57 times :/

I don't have the OG email to it otherwise id try it.
And if i know Juqa well enough. He knows this method works.

This Method works, but mine is better

If I can get my method working in the US, we might be able to work something out for your tag for a small price.

Anyway, Vouch for this method, works well.

I wish I was a pro gyazo member. but I actually screenshotted where
the MS agent told me that we would lift the ban on the gamertag but no chance at transfering the live.
 
Man I wonder what story you told them so that they would do it!!
 
That my friend is different and varies from account to account.

Depends also on the reason for the Ban.

Thats why you have to a Pro at SEing.

Agents cannot lift bans. Only the enforcement team, which there are 12. And you can't get on a phone call with a enforcement team or XBL Pet. So God knows how your tag got unbanned. Lucky i guess?

They never showed proof of ever unbanning a gamertag.

Don't know why almost everyone is so gullible.

Like he said, rep's can't lift bans.
