Hard question, depends what genre truthfully. If you want action/thriller, Inception. If you want a decent all around movie, any of the later Harry Potter ones(though I find fanfiction > movies)

I don't know what the "best" movie I've ever seen is, but for some reason I've always loved Napoleon Dynamite. I have no clue why, but I've watched it 1000 times. For a low budget movie, I was surprised at how successful it became. It's a classic, and one of my personal favorites!
