I don't think it's necessarily fair to compare the two. However, I heavily prefer Breaking Bad. It's my favorite show.

Breaking Bad is an excellent show. I know of no one who isn't fond of it.

I'm not a fan of Walking Dead. I don't watch much TV but I'm incredibly picky when I do.
