What should happen is 2 super mods or staff for all sections from different time zones, 2 sec mods(one for general/one for marketplace)
That would clear a lot up and make everything so much easier, including site related things. Such as complaining when someone doesn't receive something.

Highly doubt Philly will resolve into finding a dedicated british mod.

Think of it.. Michael was Australian and was on when no other staff member was, he did an awesome job.. Sadly he got thrown into a fire-pit.

Moderators are chosen for the dedication and value to Philly and the forum. Personally I'd love to see an old member that helps everyone out in the majority of questioning threads for problems that most people can't solve. I know myself will never be chosen as of me having literally no time for the forum as it is anymore. If suggestions were able to be put I'd say; @Glubz/@Fade one or the other, not just because both are my friends it's just the value I see in both of them.

But.. at the end of the day it's down to Philly

This has a small flaw..(no pun intended) if those that are given moderator from staying up all night/day manage to stay up a day or so, what if they pass out during time that no other moderator is online? Flawed design within your comment. I'm sure you would want to shit on my chest for my quote. (Judging by recent posts)

My idea behind what I said is quite different.

For example, my sleeping schedule is hella fucked to the point that I usually stay up all night most days and sleep all day.

I wasn't referring to someone who literally stays up 24/7, just someone with a different schedule.

Then I guess it is valid, but as said before.. Philly's choice
