Knowing it was less than a buck, and that withdrawing it would be pointless because of fees, 3x'ing it would've been cool if I won.

I'm about to send him $5 BTC to test out the method.

He promises that he'll pay me back in full regardless of if he wins or not.

It's only $5 so I believe that he'll stick to his word but if he doesn't then I'll be opening a scam report.

Upate: Well he lost the $5 BTC that I sent him in about 10 minutes but he did pay me back $7 in PayPal.

So while I can't vouch for his method, at least I can say that he did stick to his word about paying me back.
