He said budget is 650 that doesnt mean he has to spend all 650 on a tag he can spend 300 on an unspace and see a $500 tag he want later and cant get bc he doesnt hav the funds

I'm pretty sure unspaced 2 characters are worth more than 650$.. and I hate most spaced tags.
