For example, he could scam, then ban me for some reason that many people would believe, and he'd get away with it, no questions asked. I'm not saying that he will scam me, but I don't trust just anyone. I could care less if his userbar said "Admin" or "Loser". It's pixels. I have no way of knowing who he is.

EDIT: To anybody wondering why I asked this question. I am new here, obviously. While, you guys have been here a while, and you all know this "Narc" figure. I don't blindly trust someone, just because they have a title in front of their name. Sorry if I've offended you "Narc", as that wasn't my purpose to do so.
