C++ Compiler

Codeblocks is my favorite too and that is why i mentioned it in my first post. I have also seen the other IDE like bloodshed or devc++. Im soon planning for microsoft based IDE's. I think they're quite good on windows.

Nearly everyone of you have named IDEs and not compilers like MingW, GCC.
Nonethe less i use Code::Blocks with GCC

Lol have to agree with jamenjamen, all of the guys who has replied above sounds like guys who touched C++ once and found it too hard. Also Dev C++ is an outdated compiler that isn't being worked on anymore (Why would anyone use that?) - I use Micrsoft Visual Studio to compile my C++ projects when i work in Windows. In ubuntu i use GCC.

Codeblocks is using current version of GCC so you can't say that they never touched C++. In fact there are people here in this forum who are using 1998 version of turboC++, you can guess the rest.

I can say whatever i want to and if you read i reply correctly you will notice that i never said that they have never touched C++. Also people who are using 1998 version of Turbo C++ aren't serious with C++ at all. The fact that they are using an old ass compiler means that they really don't know what the hell they are doing.
 
I use Borland C++, Its the best!!

Saying that Borland C++ compiler is the best without giving a valid reason won't help anyone in this forum. Ask yourself before you post: "Why is my post useful and who am i going to help?" if the answer is no one then you obviously shouldn't post at all.
