You only win if your post is the 50th post on the thread.

@Magic there's not even 50 posts yet, how is it possible for you to win yet?

My bad haha, thought it was every five posts. You on the one right now?

I don't play Console, haven't for a few months, not do I play PC either. I just get on ForumKorner and that's pretty much it.

Fair. I have only recently got back into Xbox because I have a fair bit of free time, until I get a job in between college. How much do you run daily? I run about 1.5 miles in 15 mins, go to start spacing it out I think, a bit too easy now.

Well last week, I ran 8.3kms most days which is about 5 miles.

First post in a while, this is the first thread I saw.

Each day? That's really impressive man. What do you run on?

Haha I do agree the treadmill sucks. I mean do you run on grass or concrete? I can only run on grass because concrete seems to injure my left knee and left foot.

Apologies, I run on concrete.

You might need support inserts for your shoe then, when I started running again which was about 2 months ago I needed them because my left foot was killing me after runs, used to inserts for about 2 weeks and seen no improvement. I put the original inserts in and haven't have a problem. I have no idea what it did but it certainly fixed whatever it was that was hurting. I can run and have nothing bother me but breathing heavily at times, asthma sucks but it's nearly gone.

@philly I never spam on the other contest and I still haven't received my prize yet.
Please send me a link to where you seem to think you won, as I said the prizes were went to the winners already, so if you didn't receive your prize you were guaranteed not a winner. However if you were and for some reason I missed you provide me with the post link as that is a very simple way to determine whether you won or not.

Winners of the last thread include posts, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250.

Post #199 was the closest he was, I just checked and it doesn't appear that he won at all.

I'm definitely looking into inserts next week then. I do love running on grass but it has grown too long and really puddily over here with the recent weather. Concrete would be the perfect replacement so long as it doesn't injure me at all. Although I always like to know the distance I'm running, which I can't really do with the concrete at my park. Would you recommend going for a time goal instead? IE- run for 30 minutes without stopping more than once.

I love running on concrete now that I can do it pain free, if you don't take anything to record your distance everytime you run you can just do this, it's what I do. Pre track your runs.

https://www.daftlogic.com/projects-google-maps-distance-calculator.htm

I use this so I know how far a certain lap is, I have 3 different laps near my house and the first one is 2km, 2nd lap is 2.5km and the next is 3.5km. So doesn't matter which lap I run I always know how far I have ran.

Well he was as close as you can come without winning then and that explains why he didn't receive his prize as he didn't win. Thanks.

Just used it and I think one lap is about 0.6 miles, I think I did that in like 5 minutes last time. What goal do you think I should set myself? I'm thinking maybe run for a good 30 minutes whilst barely stopping? I ran 1.5 miles today in 15 minutes roughly.
