Not that I know of, you would have to transfer it to a bank account and from the bank account transfer it to your AP account.

It takes a few moments to create a PP account, if you do, Ill buy like 35m From you.

Well I gotta verify my PayPal account with my CC and I can't get it verified since I can't log on my internet bank. Can I still recieve money and send to others if I haven't verified it?
