All your proof was from email it seems, show an actual trasnaction on paypal, refresh it etc. I saw that video and @eagles doesnt even have any transaction from you, regardless if he didnt accept/refuse it, it would still show up on his transactions received.

@Billy had a pending transaction to me that I never saw and was kept there when he had canceled it after getting banned it was gone and wasn't on my transactions.
