Following this I preceded to search around and get some more info on the email. This is what I got:

An Australian teenager named Hugh Lockhart Huon Rengers has been attempting to defraud web hosts for the better part of two five years now. This high school college kid implores every trick he can conceive of -- a limited imagination, I assure you -- in order acquire Windows VPS/dedicated servers for a video game. Whether he's pretending a sibling has died in a recent natural disaster, or simply giving a "whoa is me, I'm so poor" sob story, he spams hosting support desks and forums on a regular basis.

This thread serves as a warning to all hosts. Attached screenshots provide quite a bit of evidence.

Today I came across a person who call himself as a HughyDee or Hughy Lockhart or Huggy Houn (hughaussie2011@gmail.com) FB:https://www.facebook.com/HughyDEE123

as I'm getting out of budget so I'm looking for a business partner who can invest with me in business and we shall be Legal partners if everything goes smooth on both sides.

But this person refused to invest till he trust me (Its a common I wont complaint on this), then he started asking me server access details,
I refused to give access atm and said I can create his WHMCS Admin account but he started forcing and annoying me to make him my business partner legally.

After search his other alternative emails I found a lot more that you can look at for yourselves. I'm just warning you, don't deal with this guy.

Deal with a shitload of caution or just don't deal at all.

@Poet, Staff and Users none of this Information is true at all. what he has posted is garbage, i got majorly Hacked and DOXED back in 2010 by Hackers. So none Of the information that @Poet posted is true at all. Plus this information is Very old back in 2010 and onward, this is over and been done a delt with.

Webhostingtalk the Hackers Targeted me a set me up on there majorly, i have no intention, or bring harm to no-one, i have a Good heart and Soul, im here to SCAM No-One at all. Im here to do a Genuine Business here, the information he has posted today is very irrelevant and old. I have tried to get the WebHostingTalk Removed, but unfortunately have had no success, since its online its staying online. My Account's are all back and i have access to them now, its been delt with.  [font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]I am no way a Scammer at all. I bring my Good Heart and Intentions to ForumKorner, how can i be a scammer when i have a Registered Business in Australia, also a Registered Business Paypal Account, lastly my name is ""John Lockhart"" and i am aged 21 years old and From Australia, not ""Hugh"" or ""Hugo"" like you say you are. Ill be happy to provide you my ID - Proof, that i am John Lockhart to clear this mess up. Plus this always comes back to bite me, my past. But like i have said, this information is not true at all, i got setup and doxed majorly back in 2010, i hope everyone understands what i am saying today. I plan on making my Business a Success, i bring Good Intentions, the right and legal way. I have no intention what so ever to bring bad or negativity to me or my Business.I have also Scammed or hacked No-one at all, thats not in my heart to do so, i have a good heart and i do not wish or know to know how to hack or scam anyone. He messaged me asking to be my business partner a few days ago. Also, the messages he types up are typed exactly like the scammer. And to top it off, his FK IP locates to the same place from the IP posted on the warning.

@seven - How can i have the Same IP, there are MILLIONS of people in this world, they properly recirculate IP's around, furthermore yes i am located in Australia. Also i am Looking for a Business Partner for my Company, that is why im asking a Few people about the Business Proposal as i am looking for the right Business Partner. Lastly how am i a Scammer, if i have (A) A Verified, Legal and Registered Business In Australia - and - (B) I have a Verified and Business Paypal Account. If i was a scammer, they would know and not Verify my accounts, nothing. So please tell me ?

Anyone can get a verified business Paypal... Maybe people charge you $5, and they will setup a WHOLE VERIFIED PAYPAL FOR YOU. And for the registered business, I would like to see that. Even if you do, the government (I am assuming) does not know what you do behind your closed doors. It isn't like you are going to openly tell them you scam people.

@seven - No and i am telling you right now, i would never scam no-one, i do not know how to scam and i would never like to now how to scam. I am a Good and Honest Person, here to the right thing, do a Good honest Business. Im here to help and be happy with everyone, be honest and not try to lie or cheat the system in anyway, now im starting to get upset, because i hate fighting and i hate this issue, it keeps on coming back to bite me. Anyway, Now Setting up a Business Verified Paypal account is a Long Process, Paypal is governed by the Australian Government to do checks on the account, such as your not a scammer, or hacker or apart of money laundering rings before they even consider setting up your Verified Business Paypal account, they do extensive checks aswell. So if i was a Scammer, Paypal and Australian Government would defiantly find-out and i would not have my Business Verified Paypal Account or even my Registered and Legal Business in Australia ""Cortex Hosts"".

@Gen and @Pause - I am here to NOT scam no-one at all. I am here to do a honest Business, pure and Simple. Ive asked a few people of there interested on a Business Partner/ Proposal, so no it cannot be Odd at all.

Also Guys all im doing here at FK and Other Forums, im trying to do a Honest, Genuine, not scamming at all Business. Yet i just get bombarded with this crappy past that is not true at all, and keeps on haunting me. Come on guys, here me out what im saying, im here to do a Genuine, Legit, Legal Business here. Anyway everyone, ive been upfront and totally honest with you, is this just going to keep on going around and around in circles or not, can we please Sort this out Professionally and in a Professional manor. I would LOVE to get this fixed and resolved so i can move on with my business please. So does anyone have any questions at all, i can clarify and fix with them. Please ask me, ill be happy to respond, im eager to fix this issue ASAP ?

Im also saying yes im not perfect, i do make mistakes but we are human, everyone makes mistakes. Im learning from my mistakes, at least i do have empathy and brains to give my business a red hot shot and im persisting with it. Im trying my hardest and fair to do the right thing, to have a honest and legal business aswell. Staff and Users, im a fair person so believe what you want to believe.

The above picture clearly shows the post is from 2012, 2 years after your supposed dox. It also links to you doing the same thing as recently as this year.

Sorry man, looks like you will never escape your past. You're even trying to con @seven and the other members of this site.
As Seven stated, it's easy to obtain a verified PayPal. People sell them for a couple dollars. You've shown no proof of this "registered business" you own. Anyone can run a website and claim they're a registered business.

Perhaps next time you give this a go you try with a new name altogether, and drop the e-mail address you've been using for this con since 2012 or earlier.
