I might be wrong but I don't think Philly has any plans for new staff seeing he just added Quad and Dean to staff.

Quad is very active, but you have to remember Dean is in New Zealand so when your off he's on. Also there's one mod on the site ( NiQue ) but you most likely know he's very inactive too.​
